Joel Enders

JOEL ENDERS is a Legislative Budget Office lead budget analyst with oversight of fiscal notes concerning state government and local impact notes.

Prior to working with the Legislative Budget Office, Mr. Enders worked in local government as a financial analyst and planner for cities in Texas and Wisconsin. Mr. Enders holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of North Texas, a Master of Arts degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
