Vlad Fleurimond

VLAD FLEURIMOND is the economist with the Tax Expenditure Review Commission, staffed by the Legislative Budget Office.

Prior to working for the LBO, Mr. Fleurimond taught economics at both St. Olaf College in Minnesota and Blackburn College in Illinois. Mr. Fleurimond holds a PhD in economics from Georgia State University.
