Shannon Zila

SHANNON ZILA is the Legislative Budget Office budget analyst with oversight over fiscal notes concerning health and healthcare insurance.

Prior to working with the Legislative Budget Office, Ms. Zila was the Operations Manager for the American Indian Cancer Foundation. Ms. Zila earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Saint Cloud State University and holds a Master's degree in Social and Community Services, Advocacy, and Lobbying.
